Stir-Fried Vegan Rice Noodles– Stir-fried vegan rice noodles are a really yummy and healthy option for a special dinner. The other name of this vegan recipe is fried rice vermicelli and Singapore noodles. Kohlrabi noodles are low carb and flavorful noodles.

Rice noodles are naturally gluten-free because they are only made from rice and water. Use gluten-free soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking sherry in place of the Shaoxing wine in this recipe to make it gluten-free. You can omit it entirely or substitute our dark soy sauce in its place.

I check the ingredients before buying and make sure there are no preservatives, artificial colors or additives. I personally like kikkoman brand of naturally brewed soy sauce that comes in a 150 ml bottle, but it is expensive. You can also enjoy this Chinese style veggie noodles with Veg Manchurian, Gobi Manchurian, Chilli Paneer or Paneer Manchurian. Add the soy sauce, celery, salt and pepper.
